What can be done about the trailer and it's overflowing load of trash in front of 7 Conference drive? Also, there are 3 vehicles there that have expired registrations and are covered with duff as if abandoned.
What can be done about the commercial sawmill operation and trailers parked on the shoulder of the MHA owned roadway at 23 Pine Ave.?

Also, there are 3 vehicles there that have expired registrations and are covered with duff as if abandoned. What can be done about the commercial sawmill operation and trailers parked on the shoulder of the MHA owned roadway at 23 Pine Ave.? Great question! In reference to both of those trailer situations, the owners of the trailers in question have been notified in the past and have been requested to move their trailers. They have complied with these request(s) in the past but seem to have forgotten the parking guidelines as the trailers have now returned. We will send them both another reminder letter about MHA's parking guidelines which state: " As you may know, Mount Hermon Association is the owner of all the roadways in the park. The roadways extend beyond the paved surfaces on both sides. Many of the roadways are between 25-40 ft. in width and the pavement is often only 15 ft. wide. It would be our desire that all vehicles be parked on your own parcel and off the roadway. We realize that this is not always possible so we have adopted the following policies and restrictions: • No more than two passenger vehicles per household should be regularly parked on the shoulder of the MH owned roadway. The exception to this would be when you have temporary guests for a week or less. • No trailers, boats, RV’s, large trucks, commercial vehicles or equipment are allowed to be parked on the shoulder of the MH owned roadways or other MH owned property. The only exceptions to this would be service vehicles and delivery vehicles for a limited time during the day. • When parking on the shoulder of the MH owned roadway please be sure there is at least 12 ft. width of roadway access for large vehicles such as fire trucks. You may become liable if your vehicle is blocking emergency vehicles. • Vehicles are required by CA vehicle code to be parked at least 15 feet from fire hydrants. You may become liable if your vehicle is blocking fire hydrant access. • As a consideration to others, please park your vehicles on your own side of the street and on the shoulder in front of your own residence only, unless your neighbors grant you special permission.
Please do not park in Mount Hermon owned parking lots or on other Mount Hermon Association property unless you are specifically visiting a Mount Hermon facility or conducting Mount Hermon Association business." It would be Mount Hermon Association's desire that everyone in the community abide by these guidelines. A reminder of the guidelines and a request for compliance will be sent to the owners of these trailers by the end of the week by the MHA Facilities Office. In reference to the three abandoned vehicles, we will go check it out as those have gone unnoticed by MHA up until your post.
Thanks for the info.

We have had success with 23 Pine Ave. as the gentleman has moved his trailer. Hopefully it will stay that way. Still working on #7 Conference Drive. Mark
